Unfulfilled promises of job security, career advancement, or even competitive pay (don't ask about annual bonus). Management, department VP's sacrifice lower-level employees to achieve goals. Employee empowerment (i.e. Employee of the Month) exercise in corporate politics. Run-down facilities + incompetent campus staff = students often left to own devices."

"the negative part to working here is admissions being the hardest job that no one wants to do, and the company is growing so much more and being micromanaged more that its even more stressful"

"I would be a lot more understanding with certain times of year and people's thoughts and feelings are taken into consideration and not be so pressured"
