"I was very happy working at Mantech. The company was great and they were very employee oriented. The managers believed in their employees and the work/life balance was really good. The only reason I left was to work closer to home. Although I didn't apply to Mantech they purchased the company I worked for (Grayhawk Systems Corporation). They treated all employees like family. I would recommend Mantech to anyone."

What do you like about working at ManTech?

"I like the travel, working on more than one system, the opportunity to collaborate with the military, foreign military, and different supporting companies. The chance to observe different cultures throughout the world."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep your head up. Stay confident in yourself. Answer direct questions with direct answers unless asked to elaborate on them."

What don't you like about working at ManTech?

"Lack of field support for the system support groups in different locations of the country. No system parts inventory organization at the different sites."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The suggestion I would have for the management is to listen to the needs of the people that you are assigned to support."
