What do you like about working at Babeland?
"it was a paycheck ... most of the time. It used to be queer friendly, but some of the people who currently set direction for the company are lesbo-phobic and transphobic and it shows in product choices."

"avoid if you can - If you take a job here, keep looking."

"Workplace bullying is rampant, a mission that no one believes in, really poor leadership, bad money management, bad business decision making that has resulted in massive reductions in workforce."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"anger management courses might help. No one likes to be or to witness people being yelled out, belittled in public, demeaned, etc. Keep the bedroom politics out of the workplace. Not everyone is a masochist."

"It was a paycheck during a bad economic time. THAT was the only thing I liked about the company."

"DON'T! If you must, your bonus objective will only be paid out if you exceed expectations. Meeting expectations is the way out the door."
What don't you like about working at Amdocs?
"I did not like the way management seemed to defer to others due to their nationality. If you spoke Hebrew, then what you said had to be the truth, and there was no way an American was more correct."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide proper training to your management about North American HR laws. You have many people who are breaking the laws, and when it is brought up, the person citing the law will most likely be let go."
