"Lots of favoritism to the staff they knew Several people have been let go to make room for those who would have gone with downsizing but were given those positions"

"Place the right people in the right positions get ride of favortism"

"They are very diverse and offer great benefits. The people are one of the greatest parts."

"Know that going into the job you will be working 60 hours a week. It's all about making the guests happy as well as the hourly employees."

"The lack of support and recognition for the lower end of the management team."

"Support the managers that work for you. Make them as happy as you want your hourly employees and you would have a great place to work"

"The culture is big on promoting values that upper management contradicts in almost everything they do and not what they say. Over promise to employees and clients and woefully under deliver."

"Absolutely nothing. They know nothing about treating people well and with respect and dignity."

"Run like hell. Do not work here. You will be abused and discarded like yesterday's trash."

"The father and son owners are filled with self-love and live like kings. They use the company bank account as their personal piggy bank. They yell and scream at employees and have been sued over 20 times for sexual harrassment."

"There is no management. They really just need to sell the business and enjoy their retirement."
