"The fact that the store could only be profitable with a massive volume."

"Cold Stone Corporate should slow down on their expansion plans and find a way to make each unit more profitable. It is a business model that is highly sensitive to milk prices, and those have been astronomical the past few years. It is difficult for their franchisees to make a profit, and it's hard to sell new franchises if your old ones are going out of business."

"I loved working with the professional customers. I had the highest daily sales sally wide on a day when I wss the only one working. I am good with people and promoted the professional salons in the area which in turn meamt great sales. I have been in the beauty industry for many years and god has blessed me with the abilitity to lead customers in a honest professional manner.I loved Sally beauty!"

"Watch your employees, have a mandatory background check, call references on considered future employees. They can tell you anything but if you cal the references you can make a educated decision on if they are competent employees."

"To maintain a neat orderly store, to provide excellent customer service, to pay your managers based on experience, training your employees on all areas of store policies. A happy employee produces honest , trained and professional advice with customers whvih builds loyalty to Sally's."
