"The company needs a lot of revamping from the Senior Management side. Not much training for the beach employees, need to be honest with the clients, need better process in place while recruiting for contractual positions at client sites."

"I am still working at Dell. However, I can smell it is going down due to marrying with someone that don't speak your language."

"unorganized and too much focus on sales people as group leaders. Trying to manage a technical project when a salesperson that has no technical background is trying to tell you how to do a project is common (family business with sons as sales leads). Promised commission never happened."

"Reel in the sales folks and let folks that no the job run the projects."
