"I love the challenge to prove myself every day. Many people come and go, but I have been able to work hard and become a top producer since I have been with the company. They have great health benefits for my family and I love the people."

"You must be competitive and driven or you will simply not make it. It's a tough industry, but at the same time a rewarding one. Only the best make it over a year, and if you're not producing every day, watch out."
