"Self employment. Originally allowed me to pursue multiple aspects of work within the automotive and computer industries. Client contact - client face-to-face and the relationship building necessary for success."

What don't you like about working at ALM Enterprises?

"At this time, the automotive industry is still in a recession. many of my clients have either been taken out of the marketplace due to closure, or have so reduced their operations to have a minimal budget, at best. Slow payment has been a problem, and is unfortunately what is to be expected under troubled times."

"The ability to control your future by being rewarded and promoted based on your work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees' needs and demands but keep the separation between employees and management."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Say you plan to stay for a long time, ironically they value that desire. Be positive, and demonstrate you are sold on their plan."

What do you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"The fact that you're always moving around makes the day go by pretty fast. Also, you find yourself dealing with a lot of different issues each day which opens you to more experiences."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you have a background in sales, as well as customer service. That is what they're big on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find a way to commend and reward your employees more. Without them, the business would not be where it is today."

What do you like about working at Mecon Industries?

"Was my first employment and my skills were appreciated because computers were new then!!! I was (considered) a wizard in computers and I was in demand both at site and at office because there used to be a lot of modification work to be done at site."
