"Hope the dfw area has better corporate staff such as regionals . Most of the manager were really good , mine at the time couldn't be bothered with my problems."

"Slow to resolve a dispute regarding time earned , insurance ( optical) and , overtime pay. Also not understanding my frustration when issues went unresolved for long periods ."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Managers and Corporate people need to view associates complaints and not just on a political basis. I did get compensated after leaving the company and calling HOUSTON CORPORATE OFFICE. Otherwise ,I would still be working there . I did love my job."
What do you like about working at Chrysler?
"The ignorance of management. Not having the components to repair broken or wore out equipment on a proactive basis and a Center Manager that was only focused on cutting cost to enhance her personal bonus. PATHETIC."

"In maintenance management I would go for 70 to 80 days straight without a day off. Due to the inadequacy of my peers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start at the top and fire all yourselves and cronies and let the plants run themselves. Outsource engineering when needed and reduce the layers of upper management that drive up your cost."
