"Poor senior and middle management decision making, most are not qualified, firing employees is the thing to do at Allergan.."
What do you like about working at Allergan?
"The salary is slightly more than average. Because Baylor students do not stay in Waco and educated people have to be imported in."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stay clear of Allergan and especially Waco, Texas. if you get canned for something someone else does, you part your hair on the wrong side and most important if you are not part of the Good old Boy's you will be left stranded in the most scared Bible belt of the South - yes, Central Texas is the South."
What don't you like about working at Allergan?
"Bonus is worst I have seen.if you are a leader, have experience to share, introduce great ideas or methodologies and are a performer - forget it! Too bad for you if your boss doesn't understand what you are doing - that's a strike against you - not him/her.Senior members are concerned more about politics and where there next stepping is than about you, what you may accomplish or how you can improve things."

"Make accountable those managers and directors who are not performers or who do not have the experience to be in that position. MBO's are a joke!"

"Able to do what I was hired to do, enjoyed working with team mates. Clean over all facility."

"Do not be put off by their low wage offer. If you are the right fit, a $1.00 or more can be expected."
What don't you like about working at Nypro?
"Plant manager was a tyrant. Made decisions on the spur of the moment, then raged at everyone else when the project failed. Ensured he had a great pay check while most all others worked for less than half expected pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop padding them selves, have more consideration for employees and customers. Do not be so slow to give up bad plans, nor so quick to dump money makers that require a coordination with customers and vendors. Go green it save operating cost. Makes more money to provide adequate wage for employees."
