"Short term."
What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"The best part was Quaker Oats. Quaker Oats was later bought out by PepsiCo. And it was the bottom line. Used experienced people to set up the organization and slowly started replacing with inexperienced lower paid managers. Long term expectations with the company disappeared after the second year under PepsiCo."

"Consider other organizations."

"If you don't fit the mold you're weeded out even with positive results."

"They are locked into the idea that you do not have what it takes to do the job unless you have a degree in that field."

"Open your eyes and see that experience is more valuable than a piece of paper. Many people go through college and never learn anything that can be used in a production facility."

"The salary and compensation was very competetive. The industry is very unique and challenging."

"The people that don't know any thing getting promoted and the ones that are smart and know what is going on getting fired or layed off."

"Higher enough people to do the job. Get rid of working on Saturdays . Higher people that are qualified and not just your friends or let managers higher their friends. I really don't thing upper management really knows what goes on."

"Seemed very disorganized. The right hand had no clue on what the left hand was doing! Lots of confusion among employees."

"96 hours a week plus calls all night long. Beating and verbal abuse every 2 hours all day long."
