"Serving in the Navy is very rewarding to know that I am part of something much larger that impacts the lives of many people."

"The most difficult part of serving in the Navy is having to leave my family for long periods of time."

"Always remember that your most important asset is the people that are working for you. If you take care of your people, they will take care of you."

"They don't have strong work force, that are willing manage their employees, with to much turnover with lost accounts."

"Because they fail to follow through with work assignments and have'nt and protocol on ever day work actives."

"Keep working as you have and you will always be able to retain the employees, while producing a solid product."

"it was fun to be able to fix and replace food equipment in stock by leading brand names such as AFT, Alco, Blue Seal, Chub Packing, Eller, Germos, Gunther, Hayssen, Heat & Control, Knecht, Geba, Haas, Konig, Laitram, Metalquimia, Reich, Ruhle, Scansteel, Safeline, Tiromat, Yamato Lock, Silverson, Sumann and many, many more."

"Supervise hands-on, all new and use equipments, tune up the machines as need it, and do a preventive maintenance check-log on most of all the old equipment at hand."

"The job of offering support to the US military was a very rewarding task under very difficult circumstances."

"Good company, but too political in trying to do the right thing. People from outside departments wanting to change things, which in the long run cost the company more time and money."
