"Not a bad job in all if you are looking to start your career in fashion design and develop relationships with brand vendors and get insight as to how large scale retail works. But as far as a career I wouldn't make it my path. More of a learning experience. Management is very conflicting. One day you may be told this is how we do things here, and the next day you will find yourself working on a project that completely conflicts with what you were told is acceptable."
