"I have worked at Macy's since February. It was a very fun place to work with. It was also one of my favorite companies due to work culture there. My director and manager are the best duos who make people at ease when they join the company. My manager was already planning for my vacation days and how I should use it in the forthcoming years. I really enjoyed working with them He"
"I will never work for this company ever again. They over work you, under pay, and under appreciate you. I worked here for over two years but I was in school. I had to re apply and train every time and I came back every two months. I would always do my job and other people’s jobs for my low salary. They always claimed that the job I applied for was no longer open so they hired me to do something else but then when I started that job I did that one and the job they claimed was no longer available for such a low wage. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone."
"Great company with the ability to learn and grow."
"Macy's used a lot of contractors instead of hiring from within so a lot of talented people left. It recently closed its SF office because it couldn't compete digitally. I wouldn't recommend working there because it's a sinking ship."
"Ok place to work. Interesting technology. Good people."
"I've worked for Macy's since 2017. It's a great place to work with lots of training and development options. This is a great place to learn new skills and also to learn about the operations of a major retailer."
"great company willing to develop its people. It is the people you work with that make the job great."
"Nice company to work with ,open and transparent culture"
"Good company to work for."
"Lots of disfunction between all the restructures. A lot off bosses have some big personalities like they are out of the movie "The Devil Wears Prada,""
