"There are a lot of good jobs in the Navy, but working in a nuclear propulsion plant is not one of them. Find a job that still gives you time to live a life."

"The command looks out for their best interest and not the interest of the people they are supposed to support. Long days and hours."

"Stop over thinking everything. Keep it basic and get the job done right without all the needless run around."

"Don't ever settle for what someone tells you, have them show you in writing! Just because that's always the way it's been done doesn't mean it's right."

"The amount of work expected from so few people is completely overwhelming to the people assigned the work and for those who shirk their duties, the work is merely pawned off on hard-working people, making their lives more miserable."

"Lead by example. Too often leaders ask their men to accomplish impossible tasks without the slightest thought to the actual logistics involved with completing the task."

"There really isn't an interview process for the U.S. Navy. You just have to pick what you want to do, based on the results of the test you are required to take."

"I didn't care for the environment that I was required to work in. The people that I worked for were not approachable."

"Simply to be approachable. I don't like working for people who are not open to suggestion or criticism."
