"Really good for retail."
What do you like about working at Apple?
"Great people, by and large. It's not as numbers-driven as many other retail jobs. It really is about providing great customer service."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself. Don't try to impress by dressing up, it will work against you. Instead, be sure you are really a people person. (Tech knowledge will not get you as far as people skills in this company.)"
What don't you like about working at Apple?
"Irregular work scheduleseven for full-time employeesare difficult to deal with in the long term. The opportunities to transition from retail to corporate aren't nearly as numerous as is often implied."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Schedule better, and realistically describe what opportunities for advancement are possible."

"It was an OK place to work at. The management did not have a lot of experience."

"The lack of communications between employees and management caused a lot of things not to function at the optimized level."
