"As I joined Luxoft, I have seen culture of "Employee first approach". To start with I would like to touch upon the hiring process, there was high values of professionalism followed. After my shortlisting and offer was made to me, I had several calls with Manager to understand more about the company and my work profile. As soon I joined the organization I have a unique "Buddy Program" in which a teammate interacts with you and provides you insights about the role, company and gets you on board. A lot of support is provided in the form of helpdesk of Finance , HR , IT and other departments that help you to understand the different departments. They also have a single portal UI for all work that is called Lux Home, that makes life much easier."
