"The culture and work environment could be great if the Executive leadership team were not crazy. All of the employees get along great but the turnover is really huge. In 2011 turnover was at about 78%.They underpay people and can be mentally abusive. Great first job out of college but not a place to stay."

"I really enjoyed working at Lunchbox. The staff was very creative and dedicated. The role I filled allowed me to use my comping skills as well as my ability to concept and brainstorm ideas. The work atmosphere was very comfortable. The CEO, who's office was on my floor was kind of a jerk and accused me of slacking off while I was waiting for assets."

"Exciting place to be, but can be challenging"

What do you like about working at Lunchbox?

"Fast-paced, exciting, working with/for music celebrities, some excellent people to work with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you can deal with the owner, you'll be fine here. Just show confidence, but not cockiness and be sure he respects you. If not, you'll be on the chopping block soon."

What don't you like about working at Lunchbox?

"Owner is frenetic, changing mind frequently and it is a cut-throat environment with a lot of politics/drama that wears on you with time. Hours are very long, including weekends with multiple deadlines and last minute changes. Things are changed frequently and you never know where you stand unless you're getting yelled at when someone would throw a temper tantrum. Very unsettling and it needs structure that sticks from the top. People are targeted and then dismissed and they lose good people due to ineffective leadership."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stick to a plan, process and follow through. Very chaotic and some structure would help so employees know what to expect. Anger mg't course might prove beneficial for owner and some direction for employees should be given without changing things at the last minute or just expecting people to know what is needed/wanted by the owner, whose mind changes frequently."
