"I believed my time in Lufthansa YVRLH was extremely disappointing. A time that i ran in to a corruption of a big company with a Station Manager who prefer cover up. As he tried to hide the truth from his staff, it has caused an innocent man a job he loved. I worked extremely hard on a promotion, I studied on my own time, I came to work early at my own hours. I am a truthful and a honest person who does not lie. Christian Leaders in the World likes to defend the truth and tells tells the truth from Heart. A untrustworthy person who told a lie that shook the entire office that lead to resignations on its colleagues. A Station Manger who told his Duty Manager not to say a word, and who orchestrated an operation that forced and bullied an innocent man out of a company. A Station Manager called himself knowledgeable and a Boss who is irresponsible for his actions. The way how he does not care about his employees is equal to a mafia building a corrupted station of YVR. The Mangers all know the truth but were forced to kept a word of silent due to a possible strike lead by a baseless claim. When you have a bunch of employees trying to take over a Station by forcing a strike, and a manager who planned out tatics forcing innocent people to quit their job, this is call Corruption. YVRLH has never been as bad in the past, its people were thought to be OK and good colleagues. People were good enough to respect each other on the job, but selfish people takes credit and gang up on innocents. I was extremely loyal to the company and indeed a very good staff for them. I will never call myself the best, but one of the best. I take every step back when i see situations like this, I tried my best to save others while sacrificing my job and a career I love. It was an experience that it was a complete cover up by the Station manager who tried to save his job. A mistake he made by not having their HR to deal had made the entire station a mess."

What do you like about working at Lufthansa Airlines?

"Work for an international air carrier was an experience of a lifetime. Although the work was challenging at times, dealing with impats that would come to the U.S and manage without American training. A harassment nightmare, but with training it usually worked out. But the travel was amazing, I went to NYC 3 times a month as that was U.S. headquarters, flying first class! Travel benefits for myself and family and international travel, learing laws and standards of other countries. I was always learning and teaching."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The tips for intervieing is always the same. You must be yourself, professional, but be yourself so you and the Company can truly see if you would be a good fit."

What don't you like about working at Lufthansa Airlines?

"The only time when it was tough to work for the company was after 9-11. That was devistating for all airlines, but especially international ones. I also had to shut down the L.A. call center of 200 employees to no fault of there own. That included myself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only advice I would give is to tell Germany to train management better in the Country in which they were going to in the laws of that country."

"I been sent to Germany to learn all the insides and out of the Business Administration of the freight forwarding. I was Dangerous Goods certified. I love to accept challenges and they love to give me one and that is what I liked the most about them."

"You have to be a hardworking individual if you thinking to apply there."

"There was nothing to dislike about anything. If you like to work you will love that place. I was successful there like always and I loved it."

"Manager's love to help each other and the co-workers and there is nothing more they should do. We were best in our work."
