What do you like about working at Lufthansa Airlines?

"Work for an international air carrier was an experience of a lifetime. Although the work was challenging at times, dealing with impats that would come to the U.S and manage without American training. A harassment nightmare, but with training it usually worked out. But the travel was amazing, I went to NYC 3 times a month as that was U.S. headquarters, flying first class! Travel benefits for myself and family and international travel, learing laws and standards of other countries. I was always learning and teaching."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The tips for intervieing is always the same. You must be yourself, professional, but be yourself so you and the Company can truly see if you would be a good fit."

What don't you like about working at Lufthansa Airlines?

"The only time when it was tough to work for the company was after 9-11. That was devistating for all airlines, but especially international ones. I also had to shut down the L.A. call center of 200 employees to no fault of there own. That included myself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only advice I would give is to tell Germany to train management better in the Country in which they were going to in the laws of that country."
