"I have worked for Lubys for a total of 19 years of my 35 years in the service industry. Lubys prides itself on serving fresh from scratch food and appealing to a wide variety of guests. Operating since 1956, Lubys is distinct that it is one of the few remaining Cafeteria chains in the USA. I love our motto - Good food from Good people."
"I have been working for Luby's Cafeteria for over 18 years. I started as a supervisor and worked my way up.I was allowed to be everywhere from operational, Human Resources and Certified Trainer levels. I loved the job because you can be needed anywhere if you got what it takes. Unfortunate, it has come to almost an end for the business, the company is up for sell. I was laid-off but beg to returned back to any position as a regular employee. I would probably have retired from Luby's if I had that option."

"The hours are very long, I looked at my hours for one week and I worked a total of 80hrs."

"Change the managers schedule from open to close 5 day's straight to something more balanced."
