"Although I enjoyed working with LPL their recent decision to outsource the IT functions seems like a bad decision for the company as well as it showed little consideration for many employees who have been with the company for a long time. Therefore I don't rate the company as recommended to anyone in IT at the moment."

How is it that as top independent broker dealer firm are not able to provide live account transaction LPL have a reaction vision not planning for the future. Tenured employees have left the company or are in the process of leaving because of the lack of salary compensation. You are expected to do more work but no monetary rewards or gains. You get a thank you in an email."
