"I've worked for LPL Financial for over 2 years, assisting financial advisors to meet their clients' needs. The company lives by one of its values of one team on one mission, which basically indicates all departments have the same goal in mind; to ensure financial advisors have the tools and support necessary to support their clients."
"LPL is a great place to work"
"I have worked since 2013. it’s good"
"LPL is on its way to a change for the better. However, there is a lot of workplace hostility and inability for departments to work with each other. As the company states, one team on one mission. However, this is not always implemented by its employees. Managers and AVPs frequently gossip in front of their employees. Processors do not do their job right and as a result you are yelled at for it by the advisors. You are required to use PTO for medical appointments. However, LPL does try and boost morale by giving out free candy, hosting events etc. small steps."
"I was working in LPL financial company for the past 2 months, it was a nice company to work."
"It's a great company that advances technology. Great manager, great teammates, and I was able to learn a lot of new things."
"Extremely toxic leadership. There is no real respect or concern for the workforce. You are disrespected and dismissed. This is especially true in technology. Most of the leadership are just friends of each other from other companies and have fewer skills than the teams they manage."
"Great company to work for."
"Company is on a transformation, many initiatives but not clearly defined strategy to achieve it."
