"The salary is above average. But that is due to Joe Leasure. He fought early on to get the salary up. So he could recruiter the best! But as time went on they put more on our plate and made it hard to do the job. We had to work 70 plus hours a week to compete unnecessary work. The system's issues will cost you time and money. You will not be compensated for this work. Your support staff is not held accountable for not following through with your project. Managers will not get involved. So you have to sell manage and do complaint resolution. When trying to handle 20 plus new customers a week. They look at it as you get paid to handle it all."
