"Summer intern so I can't say much about the company"
"Lowe's is a company that helps people build their dreams. The Spanish Fork location I work at is brand new and opened just a couple of months ago. To say that the community is excited would be a gross understatement. If I had a quarter for every person who has told me they are excited, happy, thrilled... about a Lowe's store opening in their community, I could probably retire in style about now. Not all of the employees have a 'Lowe's" background, but everyone is working together to provide help and solutions for the patrons who come to the store."
"Horrible communication skills between supervisors and managers. There organizational skills.they have an unreliable schedule."
"I have worked for Lowe's since 2018."
"Great place if you want to work late hours."
"I have worked for lowes for 3 months at first it seemed like a good job and then after a month and a half, it just went downhill. People started to not show up for work. Childish rumors constantly about one another. It was just not the best work environment to be in honestly. So currently I am trying to find a better work environment and opportunity to succeed."
"Solid company to be employed by. Stable job security, with various option for different positions and promotions throughout the store. Employees are treated with respect and trusted in their roles. Having the knowledge for where you work and what you work with, is really appreciated."
"I’ve worked for Lowe’s since 2017.The management isn’t all the great and the employees doesn’t really help the customers much. They don’t give raises at all.I’ve been working there for all most 3 years and I still make $10.49 an hour. But the job has good benefits and the managers and pretty nice at times."
"HR transformation making work processes difficult. Poor employee morale"
"I worked for Lowe's Home Improvement for 27 years, Great company with Awesome Benefits."
