"Keep the company within the USA. Though I didn't care for the IT dept being moved to Las Vegas, at least it's still within the USA. Pay your employees more."

"too many layers and cooks in the kitchen - without defined roles and responsibilities the CEO was making packaging decisions and the CMO was changing things at the last minute. there was no ownership - leaving most levels to feel like cogs."

"bring in a consultant to review the processes, roles and responsibilities of the entire organization and then do a re-structuring. create a better IT infrastructure, encourage global sharing and communities, give every employee product to use"

"In the last roll (Launch Program Manager), it was too task oriented and much too understaffed for the work load. Consistent 12-16 hr work days are too much."
