What don't you like about working at Logitech?

"too many layers and cooks in the kitchen - without defined roles and responsibilities the CEO was making packaging decisions and the CMO was changing things at the last minute. there was no ownership - leaving most levels to feel like cogs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"bring in a consultant to review the processes, roles and responsibilities of the entire organization and then do a re-structuring. create a better IT infrastructure, encourage global sharing and communities, give every employee product to use"

"The people at Logitech are great, very supportive. Logitech has an awesome variety of great retail consumer electronic products."

"Be honest with who your are and what your goals and desires are and be prepared to work hard."

What don't you like about working at Logitech?

"In the last roll (Launch Program Manager), it was too task oriented and much too understaffed for the work load. Consistent 12-16 hr work days are too much."

"Management must realize and understand the actual workload and staff accordingly."
