"price negotiations with OEM commodity managers was tedious and monotonous"

"drive your technology toward mobile devices, tablet PC and their desktop environments"

"lately nothing, lack of senses of urgency, strange management practice"

"negotiate your salary, don't go for we are paying the bonus each time so you should count it in your base salary, get sign on bonus with a 6 month timeline"

"the company is loosing ground and the future is really bleak"

"Get new blood that is able to execute plans and has a sense of urgency"

"Very slow to change and not very agile that's what lead to the slow down."

"Be agile, take more risks, fail fast, reiterate and make corrections as you go."

"They needed more training for my position; however, I did quite well without."

"Opportunity to work and play with consumer devices, mice, trackballs, joysticks, cameras, scanners. Nice training programs. Nice Company store where you could purchased discounted refurbished items."

"Company politics, low payrate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep the company within the USA. Though I didn't care for the IT dept being moved to Las Vegas, at least it's still within the USA. Pay your employees more."
