"I loved the education in the life side and technical side. I loved the travel and meeting new people. I loved leading people."

"It is a wonderful experience especially for people with no direction or college degree. You can receive both in the military."

"For the Ocean NJ store specifically they need to get rid of the store manager."

"Excellent co-workers."

"DON'T INTERVIEW, unless you are BOTH over 45, and white."
What don't you like about working at Cenveo?
"Everything else. Every management decision is biased, and related to this sort of thinking:-The VP ordered the plant manager to lay off one employee. He decided to lay off the ONE other manager who knows everything about the plant....and was more than capable of running it by herself. She was the only female manager -- so there you go.Listen to this: They have a tremendous AGEISM problem. It doesn't matter how good you are. If you haven't been working there for a LONG time, you will not make an acceptable salary. I worked hard, for 2 years, and did not get a raise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Something must be done, about the rampant racial and gender bias. If you ever want a good company, you have to learn to be honest. It's impossible to hide bias and immaturity, from most people. Also, the salaries are unacceptably low. If you improve morale, you'll see the difference in your bottom-line."

"Bad reputation from former management inhibits competitive contracting efforts, and the assignment of duties to those who are not qualified or capable of performing those duties."
