"As a client of Soltreks you get treated wonderfully. The mission of Soltreks is fantastic. But as an employee of Soltreks you get treated worse then their dogs. Basically the owners want your sole, and that is without compensation."

"Hold their feet to the fire when it comes to getting what they may have promised you."
What don't you like about working at Soltreks?
"You work mates are fantastic, really know matter when you work there. They attract fantastic people with huge hearts to work for them."

"The owners really do not know how to run a business. I believe that Soltreks was at its best when staff consisted of only Lorrie and Doug (the owners)."

"The people and coworkers. Loved learning new things in the Bio Medical Industry."

"Alot of Temp work and jobs were never really secure in the distribution area."
