"Lockheed Martin produces weapons and weapon systems. I don't wish to lend my talents to this kind of industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always treat your employees as if they where middle management as well. Help find ways to stretch and grow your people so that they can reach advancement in a timely manner. Encourage mentorship between colleagues to expedite the growth process of your people. Turning a poor employee into a good leader is more productive than training a new employee."
