"The company overall is good to work for. I feel they implement things for their employees a little too late as far as structure."
"Very little coaching available to team members. Processing takes 60+ days to close a refinance and that makes for very unhappy clients."
"This is a hard question because it depends on who you’re talking to and the client and how they portray themselves. You must make how they speak and you know get along with them and try to find something that piques your interest because there are so many yellows in the world and you have to be that special person. Majority of my clients come back to me as referrals and they And they also give me referrals because they know that I am going to treat them and their friends just like I would my family also I am very well versed in pop culture and I have a degree in history so I have a lot of things in common to talk about"
"Excellent new hire training."
"I really enjoyed this company and team support. I was able to train the new hires which was a great experience. I spoke to the CEO directly and was very impressed with his ideas for the forwarding movement."
"I've worked for the company for more than 3 years and see lots of changes that doesn't do much for employee promotions."
"Loan Depot is in another state and 3 hour time difference between myself and the division I was assigned to. They were a great company to work with during their time of day."
"I’ve worked for Loan Depot for 1 year. They have a strong culture and lead flow. Great leadership. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into the financial sales industry."
"It was easy to apply and useful to find other companies and be in a community to share this info. Easy to use."
"I’ve been with Loandepot for almost 4 years and have seen a great change in the past 2 years and not for the better."
"I’ve worked for loandepot for the last 5months, it has been extremely rewarding. I have learned a lot about the mortgage industry and looking to expand in helping others understand how amazing the industry is."
"Great culture and environment."
"It's not the worst place for an IT worker. But, it's less than the "Google" of the mortgage industry as they tout themselves. They have quite a bit of talent in their tech teams; thanks to layoffs in the area. They also benefit from being in Southern Orange County and lots of folks have a better commute. All in all they pay decent starting salaries... and jaded people in this area are willing to sit back and put up with horrible leaders and death march projects. Will that change in a better economy? Maybe."
"The company is flashy on the outside but once you hit the floor, all you are is just another number to them and you're easily replaced. They pay you just enough to keep you there and if you have any mental capacity you would see that they care only about making money. They have a ton of turnover and they seem to have too many executives and not enough positions for them. As the old saying goes, too many chiefs and not enough Indians."
"I have worked for the company for 1 year. I'm happy there but I need a change for career development."
