It is lacking in qualified leadership promotion which I why I am looking elsewhere. It is a great company if your goal is to stay as an Operations associate, but if you are looking for leadership growth it is not the company for you."

"I started work with Loan Depot in January of 2021 they are a strong company who opened a new department which I was hired for. There were many issues with getting it off the ground. It was a learning curve for everyone. My Manager was very helpful and hands on with our Team. Eventually they ended up revamping the whole project, but were not able to place everyone into other roles."

My manager was great, the VPS was great and was an open book. I could reach out to them whenever i needed to/ wanted to. which is always nice. I would recommend working here for new Loan officers. "The company abuses the employees, they don't want to pay overtime but they want you to close loan outside of your hours. Since it was made public to buy stocks, they do not value their employees."

"I've worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and I've always found it so fascinating all the different jobs the mortgage game has and I've tried to learn every single one, I'm at Loan Depot right now and i really enjoyed working there, i learned a ton but in these difficult times that were going through their making changes that my family and i just cant be apart of it."

"Due to the current market I feel loan depot may be in a mass hiring phase causing there to be people newly in positions they aren’t accustomed too. I would ask time sensitive questions of my supervisor and at times wouldn’t hear back for days even with me constantly following up. My manager did try her best however the theme seems to be close the easy files and leave the difficult ones to age out without follow up, leaving our customers in a slump. Possibly building an escalation team would be helpful in loan depots future."

It is very supportive, if any help is needed I can go ahead and ask for it and I’ll get the help right away. The management team here really promotes for our teammates to help other teammates, really promoting a sense of family within the work place. I would give loanDepot a 10/10 place to work."
