"L.L.Bean has fantastic people and an opportunity to work on high level complex projects. The great news is that once you are in, you can be in for life. The bad news is that once you are in, you may be in that same position for life."

"projects are inconsistent, no style guide, high level sometimes micromanages, departments are not balanced in hierarchy"

"More focus on the outdoors, less on the aging customer population. More innovation in products, web development, etc."
