"I have had an absolutely wonderful experience as a Seasonal Material Handler working at L.L. Bean O.F.C. The supervisors are professional, friendly, respectful and approachable. The job coaches are great, not only enthusiastic but always available to answer questions and help when necessary. "projects are inconsistent, no style guide, high level sometimes micromanages, departments are not balanced in hierarchy"

"More focus on the outdoors, less on the aging customer population. More innovation in products, web development, etc."

"You ideas are not even considered your expierence gained from working in other jobs will not be helpful here you are told that we are bean we do things are own way so get use to it"

"I would allow more feedback from the stores on products and allow them to have input on product assortment"

"Not up to data with other retail systems. To many systems that aren't intigrated with each other."

"Sometimes poor communication to stores from Corp office about sales. Not real open to change."
