"The company culture is very laid back as long as the work is getting done. They really care about giving their customers the best possible."

"The work is not very challenging, it's very repetitive at times."

"Raise salaries a bit and hire more competent people rather than have lower salaries and hire many people."

"Team work that exists within my group. Everyone has the other one's back."

"Unfortunately my interview was with the mentoring company and was hired on the spot. I would say back up your resume when interviewing."

"my co-workers are friendly, easy going and intelligent. they make the daily grind easier to bear."

"no tips, suggestions, thoughts or otherwise except that one should be prepared for a rocky ride"

"poor management decisions, cubicle walls make the small office feel much smaller."

"listen to its employees suggestions before making big decisions that impact technology choices"
What do you like about working at HostGator?
"Ask and you shall receive. Nice 'be who you want to be' type place. I finally got to go to work in my bathrobe."

"Know linux cli, service management, dns, exim, cpanel and grammar."
What don't you like about working at HostGator?
"Racing the clock to meet arbitrary numbers is never any fun, but there are lots of people ready and willing to help with anything."

"None. I've already said anything I wanted to, and they also work there so they already know."
