"get a tour of the factory floor and ask to talk to existing employees & see what their take on their job & shift is."

"HOT and sometimes fast pased cant get caught up on the lines."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"ask for employee comments if any & when Preventive maintance is prevented pls take it under advisement & dont blow off employse trying to better the work environment"
