"The Jr. Supervisor on the 2nd shift protects his friends and allows the c line lead man and others in his friend group to do what they want while ruthlessly micro-managing all other employees. No matter how many times I asked the manager my lead man and the Jr supervisor refused to train me when I asked. In fact, they would nitpick and come after me while I worked like a dog. The manager Eric believes all the lies those in authority on the 2nd shift tell him. In order to succeed here you must be friends with people in authority or they will use their positions to hurt you and with hold vital information on how to do your job and paint you as incompetent. When the reality is that they are incompetent leaders and have no business being in any type of authority."
"A nice company in Milton."
"Great Company, Everyone there was very friendly and great to work with. While the work environment was friendly and inviting."
