"Poor vision and direction by local management in United States due to poor leadership in Munich. Leader is arrogant, vidictive, holds grudges, and only is out for himeself not the betterment of the company. Bonus structure was a joke."

"Get rid of the dead wood at the top. Fire the leader. Getting rid of his puppet was a good start."
