What do you like about working at The Linde Group?
"The office is very nice and equipment and materials needed for work are current and kept up to date. I was busy, too, which I prefer over trying to fill a day with busy work. And, for the most part I really enjoyed the people I worked with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It depends on what you're looking for. If it's just the money, focus on your education and experience, particularly if you have ISO & Documentum experince. If you are looking for a pleasant place to work that is relatively stress free, run the other direction."
What don't you like about working at The Linde Group?
"The Last president is still way too involved in the day to day business and he holds grudges and can be very spiteful. He is arrogant, changes his mind often and does not take responsibility for his mistakes. Because of this, morale is very low."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be managers, not puppets for Dr Serhan."

"Consider other companies in the same field given current approaches to managing business segments from top down."
