"I liked the people on my team. I enjoyed the work and the problem solving it entailed. I was allowed to work independently yet could go to others for questions. I was also a go-to person for the less experienced on my team and I liked helping them."

"Lack of communication from upper management to the processing groups. Also felt our input was not taken seriously."

"Worked on new technology that is Web Services which was very interesting to work on."

"Call Center environment was very difficult with alot of turnover. It would be better to mix up the calls with research, etc. so that you are not on the telephone all of your day."
