"You get to work with a great group of people. Every single person at this company genuinely wants to do right by the company and by their colleagues. Some departments are definitely much more mature than others. The company is still young in maturity and with that comes a lot of the headaches of a young company. No career paths, low pay, not a lot of resources available to become a better employee. Most people have to be so focused on the short-term challenges that there is not a lot of long-term thinking."
