"You get to work with a great group of people. Every single person at this company genuinely wants to do right by the company and by their colleagues. Some departments are definitely much more mature than others. The company is still young in maturity and with that comes a lot of the headaches of a young company. No career paths, low pay, not a lot of resources available to become a better employee. Most people have to be so focused on the short-term challenges that there is not a lot of long-term thinking."

The company uses much of its profits to aid places and people in need, such as helping rebuild Japan after the tsunamis, and building water wells in Guatemala. The people are all great to work with, and the atmosphere is one where you will always feel welcomed, and where you can truly contribute to a great cause."

The company supports great causes over the world, focuses on the needs of 3rd world countries and the local community as well. Salaries are generally lower than average, many leave when they start to have kids. The benefits are great though. They employ over 500 people in several countries."
