"Leave fast there is no career growth unless you know someone is dying or retiring!"

What don't you like about working at LifeBridge Health?

"I think the medical professionals are outstanding however the professional/business apspects of the institution is where things go sour."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would stop giving bonuses and raises to only the very few directors at the top and start giving more than a 1% raise to everyone else. who do you think makes the Directors look good I would also not accept a $1M bonus match to my salary considering the health system is a non profit."
