"I think the company has a great mission and vision and they execute it well. Life Time Fitness provides exceptional customer service and extensive training for employees."

"The position is 100% commission selling directly to the consumer in a down economy. As the assistant department head, most of my time was spent in sales meetings rather than in front of the customers where I could interact, sell and provide personal training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was great. It was the economy in 2008 that made it difficult to make a living."
