What I don't like if the organization is not well planned. Communication is important, especially if there are some changes in the company. Recognition is also important to encourage and inspire the employees to do at their best. Managers and Supervisors should also be open for suggestions ."

"the lack of support. your told you can work on your own as long as you stay in the guidlines bu when do yr wok you are constantly asked to not do it."
