"I liked the opportunity given to me to learn not only inbound ops, but outbound, and the technology required to run a call center. Also running multiple sites (Beverly Hills and Tijuana, so I had to learn how to run a call center in spanish as well."

"International laws made running both call centers interesting when applying the guidelines."

"The exploitation of poor immigrants. Poor management, no structure, too many chiefs no Indians, too much internal politics between Queens and Kings head of Departments"
