"I worked for Leviton Mfg for about 20 years at several positions. Overall they are a good outfit to work for but could be a better industry leader. They are coming out with wireless system components leaving little need for systems drawings. I want a position with hands on the product again and to make use of more than my autocad skills I worked hard on skills with other tools (O-scope, DMM, Solder iron ect,) adn would like to use them."

"Be awre of the the industry. Know theproducts and the potential they offer."

"Managment lost site of the employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They needed to focus more on maintaining employee moral. Those people were the front line of the company and as such needed more encouragement and recognition for their efforts and abilities."
