"I worked for Leviton Mfg for about 20 years at several positions. Overall they are a good outfit to work for but could be a better industry leader. They are coming out with wireless system components leaving little need for systems drawings. I want a position with hands on the product again and to make use of more than my autocad skills I worked hard on skills with other tools (O-scope, DMM, Solder iron ect,) adn would like to use them."

"New management is all about funding innovative technology at the expense of non-management workers' salaries."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"2% raise after no increase last year is offensive. And, I agree with an earlier poster who complained about HR."
