"Focus on scrum agile methodology and how your work habits fit within the dynamic of iterative development, sprints. demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt on-the-fly."

What don't you like about working at Level (3)?

"Inability of upper management to support employees in helping meet road map leads to understaffing and unrealistic deadlines. Supposed adoption of scrum agile not supported by upper management. Product over process leads to defects and lack of time for design, QA, refactoring, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Instead of trigger-finger reactions to poor quarterly results, look at root causes for lack of customer satisfaction. Staff reductions exacerbate customer service satisfaction."
